Interested in becoming a volunteer? Wonderful! Our festival depends on the hard work of our volunteers, and we have many positions available. Volunteers must work a minimum of three 2 hour shifts, and will earn their festival pass for the weekend. Some positions with more duties have extra benefits, detailed below. Only those who fill in the form below will be considered for one of the limited volunteer positions.
Please put your first and second choice and send us an email! You will receive a confirmation of your application, and if accepted, a detailed job description and shift schedule closer to the date of the festival.
Set up- Arrive on Thursday and help set up for the festival. This includes some manual labor, dinner provided, plus weekend pass and camping.
Stage Sound Assistant- Helping set up the stage Friday afternoon, as well as set changes between performances throughout the weekend. Striking the set on Sunday. Meals, camping and pass provided. (note: this position has been filled)
Gate- Selling and taking tickets at the gate, giving out wristbands.
Merchandise- Selling festival and performer merchandise, including clothing, posters and CDs.
Hospitality/Green Room Attendant- Stocking the green room for artists, providing privacy and security. Meals provided. (note: this position has been filled)
Transportation- Driving artists from airport to venue, and to their accommodations as needed. Mileage is reimbursed, camping and meals provided throughout the festival weekend. Driving a golf cart around the festival grounds to assist attendees.
Tear Down- A Stay on Sunday afternoon/evening to help take down festival equipment and clean up as needed. Dinner provided, plus weekend pass.
Security- Patrolling the festival grounds throughout the festival, checking wristbands, helping festival attendeed to follow rules and guidelines.
